What DOES IT MEAN TO BE FOR HENDERSON?

We don't want to be known for the things that we are against. We want to be known for the things that we are FOR. Church at Lake Mead is FOR HENDERSON. We are putting that “love your neighbor” thing into practice and trying to make a positive difference in the city of Henderson. We have several different opportunities throughout the year for you and your family to serve!  Contact the team leader if you want to serve with an upcoming event or contact our lead volunteer coordinator Laura Giles here.

Please fill out our Liability Form for any serve projects you attend.

Then turn it into your team leader (in person or via email).

Each year in December our church shares with those in need through a city-wide homeless outreach. We can only do this through the generous donations that come from our supply drive. Please consider donating these items each Sunday over the next month.

The Church at Lake Mead supports two nearby elementary schools by doing a school supply/clothing drive each summer to stock a supply closet for the counselors to access all year long for under-served students. We have also done free back-to-school haircuts and one staff luncheon each semester. Click HERE for the school supply list for our summer supply drive!
